These general sale conditions govern all the relationships between the company BOCCOLA DESIGN, S.L. and its on-line customers (“the customer”).

Before carrying out any transaction, the customer acknowledges and declares acceptance to such conditions from the moment it clicks on Accept.

1/ Particular Sale Conditions

The customer acknowledges at the moment of ordering, the particular sale conditions indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, colour, specifications of the products, cost of the provisions, etc.) and expressly declares acceptance without reserve. Placing the order and confirming, on behalf of the customer, represents a full and complete acceptance of the particular sale conditions, only applicable to the order.

2/ Shipping mode

This is a wholesale website. The shipping method is by opening a customer file for orders of more than €100, they are not made through the website. The website is only a digital delivery of order confirmation. Once payment has been received, we will contact the customer via email to manage the shipment in a personalized way.
